To constantly update and strengthen the firm evidence base upon which Bridging NewcastleGateshead bases its programme, BNG:
- Reviews and considers relevant research findings from partners and other local, regional and national bodies;
- Works with our local authority partners to develop and update an innovative housing market intelligence model, analysing a range of evidence;
- Commissions and manages research projects to fill gaps in the information we have, and to help us plan for the future.
