NEW DIRECTOR APPOINTED TO LEAD BRIDGING NEWCASTLEGATESHEAD (BNG)


Anne Mulroy

Anne Mulroy has been appointed as Director of housing Market Renewal pathfinder Bridging NewcastleGateshead (BNG).


Anne, who is currently project director for the regeneration of Walker Riverside in Newcastle, has extensive experience in housing and regeneration, working throughout the North East and nationally.


A regeneration expert, Anne has held a number of positions throughout her 26 year employment with Places for People (PfP), including Regional Manager for the North East. Her various roles and responsibilities have included overseeing development, housing management and managing a team of around 100 staff.


Anne, who is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is looking forward to beginning her new role in April 2006:


"I am really looking forward to bringing my regeneration experience and knowledge to BNG and leading the organisation as it regenerates the housing market in communities in Newcastle and Gateshead."
