Heritage value
Heritage value is about the history, distinctiveness and character of an area. We take an area's heritage into account in our programme. We make sure this happens by carrying our character assessments - known as Urban, Landscape and Townscape Assessments (ULTAs) - within neighbourhoods.Housing Expo

BNG brings together and interprets key housing market indicators (such as house prices, number of sales, etc.) and other indicators (including proportion of empty homes, estate agents' views etc.) down to a neighbourhood level. Findings from research commissioned by BNG are also included.
